Or, well, she calls herself Themis, at any rate. She doesn't really have a name of any sort.
Themis is a Type 103 TARDIS--very advanced. In her timeline (alternative to the show's canon), Gallifrey is currently engaged in a long, dangerous war. They may be winning, they may be losing. It's very hard to say.
Themis is the newest type of TARDIS. She is sapient (in the way that we third-dimensional beings view 'sapience,' anyway), and has a Chameleon Circuit advanced enough to take the form of a humanoid.
'Boarding' her is not pretty.
